Limit 2 cats and/or 1 dog per apartment up to 40 pounds. No exotic animals.
Non-refundable cat fee of $200 per cat. Monthly fee $25 pet cat.
Non-refundable dog fee of $300 per dog. Monthly fee $50 pet dog.
Veterinarian statement is required for each pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.
